Modify lockout status

If a user has accidentally locked themselves out of the system, you may need to modify their lockout status.

  1. Select Edit in the Actions column of the record.

    The Edit Person window opens.

  2. Verify that the user information is up to date.

  3. In the Member Details section, select Login Enabled from Lockout Status.

  4. Select Update.

    The window closes.Your changes are saved.

  5. Instruct the user to reset their password.
